Life After Stroke or Brain Injury
Are you a stroke survivor or have you
suffered a brain injury? Would you like to
try new activities? Ferndown Leisure
Centre have teamed up with The New
Forest Paddle Sport Company, to offer
stand up paddle boarding and kayaking to
stroke survivors. Why not book in, to try
these sports, with fully qualified
instructors? As long as you are happy to
be in the water and don’t mind falling in,
the rest is easy. If you would like to add
your name to the list for other trial
activities, or to book onto this one, please
