Community Adult CPR/First Aid/AED<br />

American Red Cross CPR/First Aid/AED gives you the information and skills you<br />
need to help adults, children and infants during breathing, cardiac, and first aid<br />
emergencies. Taught in a blended learning environment: online training plus<br />
classroom skill work. Registration closes 1 week before the training to allow for<br />
completion of the online portion of the training. Please note, this class is not for<br />
those needing American Red Cross BLS or the healthcare provider. For more<br />

Body Composition Analysis<br />
Y member rate: $25<br />
Y non-member rate: $50<br />
Learn your weight, body fat percentage, lean body mass and<br />
BMI with a professional body composition analysis. Receive<br />
guidance from a certified personal trainer on how to meet<br />
your goals. You will get a printout of your results so you can<br />
track your progress.<br />
