Denver can easily fill an itinerary, but don’t forget about all the
amazingness that lies just beyond the city limits. With Denver’s
central location, it’s possible to take day trips to explore everything
the surrounding areas have to offer while making it possible to

WINTER PARK EXPRESS
Ready to hit the slopes? With Amtrak’s Winter Park Express,
getting to the fresh powder for a day of skiing couldn’t be any
easier. From January 4th to March 31st each year, take the Winter
Park Express from Denver Union Station to the base of Winter Park
Resort. Once at the resort, guests can meet with the Adventure
Concierge to plan a full day of activities including lift tickets, a
snowshoe tour, tubing hill, snowcat tours, ice-skating, ski bike tours,
snowmobiling and more. After your day at the resort, hop back on
the Winter Express to be taken back to Denver’s Union Station via
the Winter Park Express.
