Horizon Farms are a small family farm<br />
outside Kinsale and are third generation to<br />
farm the land.<br />
Colm & Liz O’Regan have been growing<br />
salad leaves for over ten years and are<br />
delighted to be partnered with <strong>Richardsons</strong><br />
supplying their premium salad leaf mix -<br />
‘Harvest Select Salad’ which is available all<br />
year round. This sensational mix contains<br />
a mixture of Green & Red Mizuna, Mibuna,<br />
Purslane and 4 different types of<br />
Mustard Leaves.<br />
Colm & Liz source the tastiest leaves and<br />
continue to look for new varieties to keep the<br />
exciting flavours. Seed sowing is carried out weekly<br />
to ensure leaves of the finest quality<br />
are available for year round harvesting.<br />
<strong>Richardsons</strong> receive daily deliveries from Colm<br />
to ensure maximum freshness for our customers.<br />
