Matt Rooney has been growing fresh lettuces on his family’s Drishogue Farm<br />
in Oldtown Co. Dublin all his life. During the Irish season, we are delighted to<br />
partner with Matt in sourcing his daily harvested Cos lettuce, Iceberg, Little<br />
Gems, Lollo Rosso, Oakleaf and Butterhead. Matt’s lifelong experience as a<br />
dedicated and skilful grower allows him to produce some of Irelands finest<br />
