It does not matter which games you choose at

Volleyball is deservedly considered the most fun and 

active beach sport available for everybody. Although 

many people play volleyball just for fun, but such a 

"side effect" as a healthy weight loss is a nice addition 

to this game of chance. 

According to experts, playing beach volleyball for an 

hour helps to burn at least 9 kilocalories per minute. 

They work not only the muscles of the arms, but 

also the legs, as well as the back. A flat stomach will 

become a reality for you, and not a dream, if you run 

for a few weeks on the beach with the ball at the net 

or playing with friends in a circle.


When planning your summer weekend or 

vacation, do not forget about the wonderful 

opportunity not only to relax, but also to tone 

up your muscles. It's so great to combine 

useful with pleasure and enjoy great outdoor 

activities! A variety of exciting outdoor beach 

games will help you lose a few kilograms and 

get yourself in perfect shape or at least not lose 

it. Although there are no simulators and sports 

equipment on the beach, outdoor exercise is 

always considered the most effective and most 

useful. So take advantage of the wonderful 

summer weather and go to the beach.

Kids Models Show will be held in 

the form of a beauty contest and 

talent, the purpose of which is to

about fashionable and talented 

children, not only in Crimea, but 

also beyond.

Our Masha is waiting in Italy! 

The other day Masha Bolonina from the Children's Model Studio "Images of Russia” 

received an invitation to the Fashion Promenade, which will be held during the fashion 

week in Milan on September 27. 

In Italy, Masha will be awarded a certificate for participation in the International Children's 

Project "Moda e Colori" 2019 as a model! 

Being in the capital of the world fashion-Milan, Maria is waiting for many interesting 

meetings and events. One of which is an excursion to the best Milan boutiques, photo
