annual event in SMX Aura Convention Center,<br />

The conference brought together over 300<br />

attendees, from different retail segment in the<br />

country, with press people, VIPs and speakers.<br />

They learned from retail sessions on topics such as<br />

purchase decisions, leveraging online platforms,<br />

digitalizing retail, micro-moments in retail, the<br />

science of virality, and building brand love for the<br />

customers challenging the norm, – Gen CX.<br />

The drive behind this year’s 2nd Philippine<br />

Retail Summit revolves on the shifting consumer<br />

behavior, resulting in the disruption of the normal<br />

market habit. Highlighting the Generation of<br />

Customer Experience (#GenCX), a.k.a the<br />
