Oil-free raw almond cookies<br />
Ingredients:<br />
170g of almond flour<br />
80g of Buddha Awakening Maca & Vanilla<br />
10g of psyllium husk<br />
50g of raw almond butter<br />
40g of raisins<br />
3 Tbsp of raw coconut nectar<br />
5 Tbsp. of water<br />
Toppings<br />
dehydrated cherries<br />
Instructions:<br />
• Put all ingredients in a food processor and<br />
blitz until everything is combined, and the<br />
mixture comes together.<br />
• Wrap the cookie dough in clingfilm and put it<br />
in the fridge to set for a couple of hours.<br />
• Place the dough between parchment paper<br />
before you roll it.<br />
• Put the dough on a dehydrator tray and cut<br />
cookie shapes with cookie cutters but only<br />
remove them from the tray when they’re<br />
dried<br />
• Leave them dehydrating at 50°C for a couple<br />
of hours or overnight if they’re not dried. Yes,<br />
flip them over now and then.<br />
