Aid

warning signs of mental
health challenges common
among youth and adolescents,
an action plan to
help those developing a
mental health problem or
in crisis, and information
regarding support available
in the community.
All participants receive a
three-year certificate and
Mental Health First Aid
manual. Lunch will be
provided. Space limited to

God made a star for each
of us on earth.
Each day, like people,
new ones go through
birth.
At least one each day
meets its death,
Just like us, after our last
breath.
Some stars of night shine
forever.
But, many say that’s not
true—ever!
These people choose to
live in the dark,
Limiting themselves to a
life that’s stark.
What are the real stars of
night—
Those comforting us
with their light?
They’re the saints and
the angels who dwell in
heaven,
Leading us to Jesus, our
king and brethren.
These stars everywhere
are praying for you;
So praise God in all that
you say and do!
