The CFU commissioned the research to explore the<br />

the greatest need <strong>of</strong> support, and the types <strong>of</strong> support<br />
that would benefit them the most. The research<br />
included secondary analysis <strong>of</strong> Scottish Household<br />
Survey data as well as qualitative interviews with fuel<br />
