Jack Devlin<br />

Maintenance Officer, Clydebank HA<br />

Jack joined the Association in 2006 and is part <strong>of</strong> its<br />

Programmed Maintenance team. Jack has been tasked with<br />

overseeing the Association’s energy efficiency performance<br />

as well as progressing its carbon management plan. Jack was<br />

voted CHA Employee <strong>of</strong> the Year 2019.<br />

Brian Martin<br />

Beanbag, Secure Meters (UK) Ltd<br />

Brian is an experienced Specification Sales Manager,<br />

with a background in the domestic and commercial heat controls,<br />

and with a responsibility for Beanbag’s Scottish smart<br />

controls and district heat metering markets. In his spare time<br />

Brian enjoys football and is an active referee, he is also heavily<br />

involved in disability football.<br />
