Lens on Landscape<br />

10:00am and 11:00am<br />

For the curious, time-travel<br />

Town Hall Square to glimpse<br />

<strong>Chester</strong>’s multi-layered<br />

cityscape. Join Julie Smalley<br />

for a half-hour of familyfriendly<br />

fun in landscape<br />

history detection. Meet at<br />

Medieval Times -<br />

Minstrels’ Court<br />

10:00am to 4:00pm at<br />

St John’s Church, Vicar’s Lane,<br />

re-enactors and musicians<br />

show how medieval people<br />

lived and worked. In a<br />

tradition dating back to 1204,<br />

the minstrels will parade<br />

through the streets of <strong>Chester</strong><br />

returning to St John’s around<br />

1:00pm to receive their<br />

Licence to play in <strong>Chester</strong>.<br />

Lego: building the city<br />

at Storyhouse (and close<br />
