Strategy.<br />
Exercises gymnastics are aimed not only at the development of<br />
the musculoskeletal system.<br />
The main goal is the harmonization and accumulation of energy<br />
(closer to the Qi Gong and Tai Chi complexes). The gradual<br />
normalization of energy affects all other systems of the body<br />
from physics to the psyche, including the cardiovascular (through<br />
breathing) and metabolic system. It is wrong to wait for quick results.<br />
You just need to regularly deal with and you can achieve stunning<br />
results!<br />

EXERCISE 1.<br />
When standing, stretch your arms parallel to the floor, palms down.<br />
Turn clockwise, gradually increasing the number of revolutions from<br />
1 to 21. If you feel dizzy, then stop, wait a few seconds and start<br />
again. When you do the exercise, breathe deeply.<br />

Lie on your back, hands on your sides, palms down (photo 2A).<br />
Raise your hand while simultaneously resting your chin on your<br />
chest and lifting your legs as high as you can without bending<br />
your knees (photo 2B). With further practice of this exercise, try to<br />
achieve greater flexibility and force, raising your legs higher until<br />
you can lift them completely without bending your knees. After that,<br />
slowly lower your legs and head to the floor, relax and repeat the<br />
exercises. When you lift your head and legs, take a deep breath,<br />
and exhale when you lower them.<br />

EXERCISE 3<br />
Take a vertical position on your knees, place your hands on the<br />
back of your hips. Toes should be straightened so that you stand<br />
on their tips, the thigh should be perpendicular to the floor. Bend<br />
your head and neck forward so that your chin rests on your chest<br />
(photo 3A), then tilt your head back. Support your body with your<br />
hands resting on your hips in the desired position (photo 3B). After<br />
tilting the head back and forth, return to the starting position. Inhale<br />
to do when you tilt your head forward, exhale - when straightening<br />
the body.<br />

Sit straight on the floor, legs straight in front of you. Keep your<br />

hips (photo 4A). Press your chin to your chest, then lower your<br />
head back as far as possible. Bend your knees, put your feet on<br />
the floor and lift your body so that you stand on all fours by the<br />
back to floor (photo 4B). In this position, all the muscles of your<br />
body are tense, after then, you can relax and return to the starting<br />
position. Inhale and hold your breath when the body tension, exhale<br />
when accepting the starting position. Rest before a repetition of this<br />
exercise. An alternative to this exercise is lying on your back, palms<br />
down, knees bent, feet on the floor. Lift the pelvis from the floor a<br />
few centimeters, stay in this position for 10 seconds. Breath also<br />
with tension, exhale - with relaxation.<br />

Please note that these exercises can aggravate existing<br />
diseases - multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, arthritis<br />
of the spine, dizziness, hyperthyroidism. high blood pressure<br />
and heart disease. If you have any of the listed diseases, it<br />
is recommended to consult a doctor before performing these<br />
exercises. Overweight or under-active people should perform<br />
alternative exercises for the fourth and fifth exercises, until they<br />
have developed enough strength and endurance to perform<br />
basic exercises. People with a little physical training are better<br />
off doing alternative exercises until then. until they develop<br />

IMTA USA<br />
History<br />
IMTA’s first convention was produced in 1987 in<br />
New York City. IMTA quickly became known in the<br />
modeling and talent industries as the premiere<br />
professional event to scout for the best new faces<br />
for the entertainment world. The early days of<br />
IMTA saw the discovery of rising stars such as actor<br />
Elijah Wood and model Joel West. Throughout<br />
the 1990s and into the 21st century, IMTA’s<br />
success and influence grew steadily, launching<br />
the careers of many of today’s hottest models<br />
and actors such as Katie Holmes, Ashton Kutcher,<br />
Jessica Biel, Seann William Scott, Brandon Routh,<br />
Eva Longoria and Alyson Stoner. Models such as<br />
Jessica White, Bradley Tomberlin, Sara Dawson,<br />
Kim Lemanton, Sean Harju and Tyson Ballou also<br />
began their careers on the IMTA runway.<br />
IMTA remains the largest and most successful<br />
event of its kind in the world with a proven track<br />
record of success. With over three decades of<br />
experience, each IMTA event produced is truly a<br />
one-of-a-kind “Experience of a Lifetime!”<br />

Mission<br />
IMTA produces a week of modeling, acting, singing<br />
and dancing competitions in New York and Los<br />
Angeles, the fashion and entertainment centers of<br />
the world. Hundreds of fashion and talent agents,<br />
personal managers, casting directors, network<br />
representatives and music producers judge IMTA<br />
Competitions while searching for new models,<br />
actors, singers and dancers to work in the fashion<br />
and entertainment industries.<br />
The first IMTA Convention<br />
In July, 1987 in Waldorf Astoria New York,<br />
IMTA held its first modeling and talent Convention<br />
at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotol in New York City! The<br />
event was such a success, the organizers had to<br />
to hold next Convention at a hotel with a bigger<br />
ballroom to accommodate everyone!<br />
Owners<br />
In January 1992, founder Helen Rogers sells IMTA<br />
to George Chesteen and Don Courtney, and in<br />
January 2012, Nancy Mancuso, with IMTA since<br />
its inception, becomes the new owner of the<br />
International Modeling & Talent.<br />

How Does IMTA Work?<br />
The International Modeling and Talent Association<br />
(IMTA) is a professional association of the finest<br />
and most successful modeling and talent training<br />
centers in the world. Since 1987, IMTA has become<br />
the recognized leader in putting new faces in<br />
front of the people whose business it is to identify<br />
the next rising star or supermodel. An impressive,<br />
and constantly growing, list of people who were<br />
first seen at IMTA conventions are now seen in<br />
magazines, TV, movies and fashion shows.<br />
IMTA produces multiple week-long conventions,<br />
including one in New York and Los Angeles,<br />
consisting of modeling, acting, singing,<br />
songwriting and dancing competitions. Hundreds<br />
of fashion and talent agents, personal managers,<br />
casting directors, network representatives and<br />
music producers judge IMTA competitions while<br />
searching for new models, actors, singers and<br />
dancers to work in the fashion and entertainment<br />

IMTA Discoveries<br />
IMTA has helped many aspiring models, actors<br />
and more be discovered by well-known agents,<br />
talent scouts and industry VIP's.<br />
And Ashton Kutcher is one of them that IMTA has<br />
helped to become famous!<br />
Ashton competed at IMTA at the New York, 1997<br />
IMTA Convention where he won Most Sought After<br />
Male Model with a record number of callbacks<br />
from agencies interested in representing him. He<br />
signed with Next Models and didn't even return<br />
home to Iowa before appearing in several fashion<br />
shows for that season's Men's Fashion Week!<br />
His agent submitted him for an upcoming Fox<br />
comedy called Teenage Wasteland, the title was<br />
later changed to That 70's Show and Ashton was<br />
cast as the lovable Kelso in his break-through role.<br />
That 70's Show aired for eight seasons. Ashton has<br />
also starred in over a dozen feature films and is a<br />
Hollywood A-lister! He can be seen on Two and<br />
Half Men on CBS!<br />
