messy work. These are all negatives and the worst<br />
case movers. I have seen many companies who<br />
have first impressions down to a tee! This is great<br />
to see.<br />
There is the old adage, ‘Don’t judge a book<br />
by its cover.’ However, in the world of international<br />
business and especially in the removals and relocation<br />
industry, first impressions are everything!<br />
In some industries, the customer never<br />
meets the service provider. However, in international<br />
removals, the customer sees your moving<br />
team face to face. First impressions here are really<br />
important. I recall moving house many years<br />
ago and the moving team showed up and stood<br />
around in the front garden smoking cigarettes before<br />
they started. It looks bad! To be fair, they got<br />
on and did a good job, but it definitely made me<br />
