Fitness on the Water<br />
This exercise program will provide a fun and safe workout designed to improve<br />
overall fitness, core strength and joint stabilization, as well as burn calories! Did we<br />
mention this is done ON the water?<br />
Dates: Tuesdays<br />
Sept. 10-Oct. 1<br />
Time: 6:30-7:15pm<br />
Ages: 13+ years<br />
Location: <strong>Palm</strong> <strong>Coast</strong> Aquatics Center<br />
Fee: $20/entire session or $8/drop-in<br />

Capacity: 7 spots-register early!<br />
Adult Flag Football League<br />
Grab some friends for this recreational, non-contact league. This 7v7 league plays<br />
an 8-game season followed by a single elimination end of season tournament.<br />
Free agents are welcome and will be placed on a team. Must have complete team<br />
by Sept. 1 or free agents will be added (complete team is 11 players).<br />
Dates: Wednesdays, Sept. 11-Nov. 20<br />
Time: 6:45pm, 7:45pm, and 8:45pm games<br />
Ages: 18+ years<br />
Location: Indian Trails Sports Complex<br />
Fee: Early registration through Aug. 21: $35/person<br />
Regular registration after Aug. 21: $45/person<br />

Indoor Rowing<br />
The Flagler Rowing Club will keep participants energized during this hour-long,<br />
interval training class. Instruction will include proper technique while using the erg<br />
with a focus on both mechanics and breathing. All fitness levels are welcome.<br />
Participants should bring a towel, water and a mat for floor exercises.<br />
Dates: Thursdays, Sept. 12- Dec. 5 (no class on Nov. 28)<br />
Time: 4:30-5:30pm<br />

Fee: $7/class<br />
