Darlaston extended their unbeaten away League record to 14 games,<br />
going back to October 2018 with a hard earned 2-2 draw at Smethwick<br />
Rangers.<br />
The visitors opened the game brightly and were denied a dubious offside<br />
goal, as Causton was adjudged offside despite going past his marker and<br />
pulling the ball back for Aiden Blackham to slam home from 12 yards.<br />
Darlaston went ahead on 8 minutes from a rare Sam Causton goal. Leon<br />
Taylor was hauled to the ground by Stefan Cameron and from the<br />
resultant free kick debutant Ezekiel Agyemang's mishit shot fell to<br />
Causton who squeezed his 6-yard shot between the post and keeper Josh<br />
Bennett.<br />
