bold range of wines hailing from Italy.
Dating back to 1480, the founding vineyards
and Castello (castle) were protected by the
Gold Knight, Cavaliere d’Oro. Today, Cavaliere
d’Oro invites you on a journey into the world
of Italian wine!
The Winemaker: Federico Cerelli.
Chief Winemaker of Cavaliere d’Oro,
Federico has been the winemaker at Castello
di Gabbiano in Tuscany since 2011.
Federico harnesses decades of experience
and has expanded the Gabbiano portfolio
beyond Tuscany to create a bold collection
of wines from across Italy – including Veneto,
Puglia and Sicily.

A sweet aroma, with
hints of floral and
undertones of Meyer
lemon and tropical
fruits. The wine shows
a good level of acidity
and has a combination
of saltiness and tropical
fruits that creates a
pleasant balance and
a lengthy aftertaste of
toasted almond. It pairs
well with seafood,
chicken and salads.
