100Proof is the National marketing arm of three
great family wholesalers, Liquid Mix, Paramount
Liquor and Liquid Specialty Beverages.
Our mission is to develop programs to support our
customers from events, training and education
through to category Essentials programs. The rewards
linked to these deliver simple but essential tools of
the trade and relevant point of sale to ensure quality
service and visibility of this highly profitable category.
Our talented team of wine specialists have compiled
a comprehensive program featuring a curated wine
list that is linked to rewards and services unique
to you as a valued customer. Optimising your wine
list and growing the share of wine in your venue
is our priority. The team are also available to assist
with your list development, staff training and
education with the sole purpose to help deliver
a memorable experience for your customers.
In this edition we highlight key occasions such
as wines for spring carnival through to the festive
season. For us this is not just about how we support
you in the optimal mix of sparkling wines and
champagnes, but also what’s great to have with your
summer menu’s such as Mediterranean style wines
served with seafood and tapas.
We all recognise Rosé is continuing to grow at over
four times our other main wine categories. In this
edition we have increased the selection but added
a little twist by including some great lighter style reds
that can also be chilled for those hot summer days!
