The weather may be cooling down in
Cornwall, but we certainly aren’t preparing
for hibernation. As the summer holiday
crowds dissipate, the county adopts a whole
new atmosphere. The autumn months are
prime time for embracing the crisp climate,
by wrapping up warm and venturing to the
many scenic spots located within our idyllic
corner of the map. Discover blissful tranquillity

our speciality Greenbank infused gins. Let

COCKTAIL O'CLOCK
What could be more tempting than a cocktail
paired with stunning harbour views? How
about two? Enjoy two for £10 cocktails every
afternoon and all day on Fridays, shaken to
perfection by our talented bar team. Select
your dream-drink duo and soak up the beauty
of Falmouth’s harbour from the comfort of the
Water’s Edge bar.
Two for £10 on selected cocktails are available
every Monday to Thursday, from 3pm until
6pm, or all day on Fridays.

Head down below decks to The Working
Boat, where hearty grub and local brews
are never scarce. From mammoth burgers
to beer-battered fish ‘n’ chips, as well as
breakfasts fit for a sailor’s appetite, no one
goes hungry at our waterside pub. Pull up
a pew, get to know our friendly crew, and
soak up the laid-back atmosphere and
unbeatable panoramic views right across
the harbour.
We know how to throw a good knees-up,
and love an excuse to host parties galore
in the pub and on our private marquee on
the quay. Have a very merry time at our
Christmas Festival on 19th December, and

NATIONAL MARITIME MUSEUM
Discover the sea-faring history that shapes
Cornwall’s very identity. Located appropriately
beside the marina on Falmouth’s Events
Square, visit the museum for all things sea,
sails and ships.

PENDENNIS CASTLE
Travel back to Tudor times at the
magnificent Pendennis Castle. Its dramatic
stance on Falmouth’s headland means it
can be spotted from various vantage points.
The perfect day out for those intrigued by
its fascinating history as one of Henry VII’s
coastal fortresses.
GLENDURGAN GARDEN
Visit Glendurgan for the wild and exotic
display that nature has to offer. Full of plant
life and bright blooms, this gorgeous garden
is set in a Cornish valley. Get lost in the
adventure maze, take a trip to the tea house
surrounded by greenery, and ramble down
to the idyllic village of Durgan, where grass
meets the shore on the secluded beach.

sprinkled with some yuletide magic and
served with a dollop of Christmas cheer.
CHRISTMAS AFTERNOON TEA

Christmas twist, our seasonal sweets such as
mini mince pies, eggnog trifle and Christmas
cake fudge, and our pastry chef’s home-made

the year passed a dazzling send-off at
The Greenbank. As another year comes
to an end, we’re ready to kick-start 2020 at
our legendary Riverbank New Year’s Eve
House Party. Your last dinner of 2019 will be
a showstopper, with a three-course meal,
canapés and a tipple on arrival. Make sure
your dancing shoes are strapped on to bop
along to our resident DJs set.
