I happened to have been chosen to curate the next exhibition by the young
painters. I respect the interconnectedness of media in contemporary art, and,
keeping in mind the similarity between the topics in group exhibitions (be it
animals, folklore or future prediction), I chose to use the expression ‘young artist’
in the exhibition title, thus refusing to restrict them to the artificial disciplinary
frameworks. As for the three aforementioned artists, I wish them luck (even
knowing that sometimes luck can turn out to be ill luck). In any case, they will
participate in the aforementioned exhibition of young artists not merely because
they are painters.
