E01C.10991 is a long-waited introduction in the hydroponic crispy segment from
Enza Zaden, after it stood out in the screenings and grower trials.
E01C.10991 is a fast variety offering a good volume of well-filled and dense heads.
Frilled and nice serrated. It was from the first trials noticed for a distinct sweet
taste. The shape makes it well suited for flow packing, and in our shelf life tests
for fresh cut lettuce, it performed above average.
