Training walking is fast and not very. The result<br />
depends on speed.<br />
To cheer up: we go calmly and comfortably,<br />
managing to notice what is happening around. It<br />
goes very well with moderate shopping in a spacious<br />
supermarket. Pulse: 100-110 beats / min.<br />
Toning walking: we overtake walking citizens, feeling<br />
a pleasant tension in the whole body. Pulse: 120-130<br />
beats / min.<br />
Walking for fat burning: It is no easier than jogging or<br />
classic aerobics. Pulse: 130-150 beats / min.<br />
The only really significant thing for walking is shoes. It<br />
should be at least comfortable and light. Best of all -<br />
with a foldable sole with a thickness of at least 1 cm<br />
and a raised heel. But the faster you walk, the higher<br />
the requirements for shoes. The shock absorbing<br />
properties of the sole are especially important if<br />
you are training on asphalt. Leading manufacturers<br />
produce special models for walking, if you do not<br />
find such ones, feel free to buy running shoes.<br />
On a walk, set yourself in a positive mood. Think only<br />
of the good. A vigorous and cheerful rhythmic music,<br />
which is also easier to move to, will help you direct<br />
your thoughts in the right direction, you will have<br />
more drive, and your breathing will become deeper<br />
