Warm weather and bright nights favor long walks 

under the moon and hiking on nature. However, true 

fitness fans are not limited to them and turn walking 

into a real workout. 

The cost of equipment is minimal: a pair of 

comfortable sneakers is enough. And there is always 

a place for such a training. 

Habitual walking is aerobic exercise, as natural as 

running, and no less effective. 

They equally improve the work of the lungs and 

heart, the state of the vessels. Muscles, ligaments, 

joints and bones are strengthened, the fat content in 

the body is reduced. And during the walk “hormones 

of happiness” are produced - endorphins. So this is a 

great way to overcome stress and chronic fatigue. 

There are almost no contraindications for walking, 

but if you still doubt it, consult a doctor. Even 

enthusiastic runners admit that walking has some 

advantages over running: 

- when walking there is no shock load on the knee 

joints, ankle and spine; 

- less risk tuck foot on slippery, narrow or rough roads; 

- not everyone can withstand a 20-minute run, even 

at a slow pace, and almost everyone can take a 

20-minute walk. 


Training walking is fast and not very. The result 

depends on speed. 

To cheer up: we go calmly and comfortably, 

managing to notice what is happening around. It 

goes very well with moderate shopping in a spacious 

supermarket. Pulse: 100-110 beats / min. 

Toning walking: we overtake walking citizens, feeling 

a pleasant tension in the whole body. Pulse: 120-130 

beats / min. 

Walking for fat burning: It is no easier than jogging or 

classic aerobics. Pulse: 130-150 beats / min. 

The only really significant thing for walking is shoes. It 

should be at least comfortable and light. Best of all - 

with a foldable sole with a thickness of at least 1 cm 

and a raised heel. But the faster you walk, the higher 

the requirements for shoes. The shock absorbing 

properties of the sole are especially important if 

you are training on asphalt. Leading manufacturers 

produce special models for walking, if you do not 

find such ones, feel free to buy running shoes. 

On a walk, set yourself in a positive mood. Think only 

of the good. A vigorous and cheerful rhythmic music, 

which is also easier to move to, will help you direct 

your thoughts in the right direction, you will have 

more drive, and your breathing will become deeper

M. Hi! 

NM. Please introduce yourself. 

M. My name is Margarita. 

I'm a fashion model. 

NM. Is your first time at 

project "Fashion in the city"? 

M. Yes, this is my first time at 

this event. 

NM. What are your impressions? 

М. Very good! I was 

surprised by the excellent 

organization, which 

I did not expect. The 

shows were interesting: 

collections of designers 

from different countries 

were demonstrated. Many 

collections are presented, 

and I really liked it! The 

breathtaking variety of 

clothing styles. Both girls 

and men participated in 

the shows. A bright, colorful 

demonstration of the 

collections took place. 

NM. How did you get on this 

project? 

M. I got to this project thanks 

to my client. My photos 

were seen on instagram by 

her familiar designers - they 

really liked me, and my 

client decided to fit me into 

fashion shows at Fashion in 

the City. 

NM. What designer clothes 

did you represent? 

M. Neili Nastasieva, Antonio 

Tarantino, Damilo, designer 

from the Philippines, 

unfortunately, did not 

remember the name, and 

many others. 

NM. Which collection did 

you like best? 

М. I really liked the collection 

of Neili Nastasieva. In her 


clothes, I felt like a stylish, 

elegant girl who knows 

what she wants, confident 

in herself. 

NM. What gave participation 

in this project? 

M. I really enjoyed the 

shows themselves and the 

organization of the fashion 

show. And for me it is very 

important, in addition to the 

work model’s fee, to enjoy 

the process of participation 

in this fashion event. 

NM. And backstage, I 

wonder? 

M. Not really. But I liked that 

the organizers provided 

food for the models, so we 

did not starve. Not on all 

shows show such attention. 

It was nice to talk with 

makeup artists: they were 

very kind. 

NM. Who from the world of 

fashion managed to meet? 

М. First of all, with stylists, 

designers. And with the 

invited celebrities, we did 

not have the opportunity 

to meet - we were busy 

in shows, and then they 

already left. 

NM. What for you to be a 

model, a fashion model? 

M. I love this job. Working 

as a model, I traveled to 

many countries, learned 

a lot. On the video and in 

magazines they show only 

beautiful pictures, but the 

whole work of the model 

is not visible, and it is much 

more multifaceted and 

more interesting from the 

inside - there are so many 

positive emotions! For me 

it is new acquaintances, 

travels, I study at every step, 

you see a lot of interesting 

things around. I love this job 

for 15 years!!

Competition KIDS MODELS SHOW Autumn 

2019 was held!

Only a year has passed since the first Children's Beauty and Talent Competition KIDS MODELS 

SHOW was organized under the patronage of our modeling agency in Simferopol! 

And for the third time, young models - boys and girls - pleased the residents of the Crimea, and 

not only, with their talents on September 28. Like the first time, there are a lot of positive reviews 

from parents, participants and spectators themselves! Residents of Simferopol warmly accepted 

our competition, which was held thanks to the great work done by Anna Burina, our official 

representative in the Republic of Crimea. Done professionally and with soul.

Unlike the Fashion Show, where 

clothing designers demonstrate 

their creativity, at the Models Show, 

the models themselves show their 

talents in the art of defile, posing for 

a photo and video camera, and 

the ability to change its image. 

At the Kids Models Show 

Autumn 2019, young models from 

Simferopol, Alupka and Sevastopol 

were able to demonstrate their 

creativity. Each output of young 

models is a mini-performance with 

its own music and costumes. 

Kids Models Show was held in the 

form of a beauty and talent contest, 

the purpose of which is to help 

reveal, see new faces, show the 

peculiarity and originality of every 

little person, talk about fashionable 

and talented children not only in 

Crimea, but also beyond. 

September 28, 2019 in the Crimea

-2019 she won the title “Ist Vice Miss.” She is 

happy to learn English. The most cherished 

dream is for all children to be happy! 

Kharchistova Kseniya, 5 years, Sevastopol 

Ksyusha is a very kind, purposeful, cheerful 

and cheerful girl. She goes to kindergarten, 

learns oriental dances, took prize 2-3 places 

in Simeiz, Yalta and Sevastopol. From the 

age of 4 she has been attending the model 

school "Models Today". She participated in 

fashion shows of this school in Sevastopol. 

In 2019, she took part in a world-class 

fashion show at Haute Couture Week in 

Moscow, performed at the shows of the 

famous designer Kristina Kibovsky. Ksenia is 

fond of hairstyles. She likes to do makeup, 

and in the future she wants to become a

Angelina. In April 2019, she participated in AFW International Arab Fashion Week in Dubai. There 

she represented the collection of designer Kristina Kibovskaya. Participated in numerous photo

famous actress and model. 

Grabovskaya Mariya, 10 year, Sevastopol 

Since 2016, Mashenka has been leading children's contests 

along with recognized masters Valentina Dorodnova and 

Angelina Cole. And in 2017, she becomes co-host of the 

star Sergey Zabelins-who. At the festival of beauty and 

talents "Pride of Sevastopol" received the Grand Prix in the 

nomination "Young TV presenter." 

Repeatedly participated in Estet Fashion Week and Moscow 

fashion week, where she acted not only as a model, but 

also covered the shows of the famous brand FUNNY SUNNY 

as the leading news channel. 

Maria is the owner of the titles “Little Miss Simferopol” -2014, 

Grand Prix of “Mini Star Sevastopol” - 2015, Grand Prix of 

talent “Mini Star Sevastopol” -2015, and also the winner 

of the contest “Little Miss and Mr. Russia” in Moscow (title

Diana is a student of the 7th grade of a specialized school with in-depth study of the 

German language. She is very creative, positive, active. Not used to sitting still. Always 

strive to learn something new. She Travels a lot around the world. Diana quickly finds a 

common language with people. She dreams of becoming a professional model and 

actress. She graduated Model school by Anastasia Tchaikovsky. 

Diana likes to take part in various beauty contests and photo shoots. She became 

the winner in the youth contest "Mini Top Model of Crimea" -2019 ’. Her photos were 

published in the magazine “FASHION BOOK’ ’”. Diana is fond of hip hop dancing. She 

takes part in dance competitions and has many awards, one of which is a medal for 

1st place in the contemporary dance festival “WELCOME TO CRIMEA” and in the vocal 

and dance marathon “Running on the Waves '' (1st place in the category Hip-Hop) In 

the rating championship on choreographic art “Dance Equator’ ’” was awarded the 

title “Laureate of the 2nd degree”. At the championship, “Crystal Cup’ ’” was awarded 

the trophy and the title of “1st Degree Laureate”. She learn acting at a theater school 

”Riding a star’. From 9 years old she is fond of playing the piano and studying foreign 

languages. In his free time Diana is engaged in horse riding.

Participant in numerous beauty contests and talents. The owner of numerous titles and 

nominations, a participant in the shows of Crimean Fashion Week KIDS 2017-2018. 

He is engaged in the Brazilian martial art of Capoeiro (Senzaal school), has a yelloworange 

belt - and this is the 1st youth sports category !. 

Anastasiya is also involved in the television's circle "Pearl of Childhood". Takes part in 

mass scenes on the set of films and children's television shows. An active participant in 

the life of the Public Council of Simferopol.

№1 Grosheva Mariya, 15 years, Alupka 

Mariya is in grade 10 class. Dreams of becoming a lawyer. Since 4 years old has been 

dancing, since 5 - plays the piano. He has many awards and prizes for participating in 

competitions and festivals of oriental and Indian dances. Vice Miss Bollywood Style 2018.

ballet in school by Bykov. Her dream is to graduate 

with honors, to grow professionally in creativity, to be 

versatile and successful, to do what she loves. "I want 

all this and I can, my age allows me, and all this thanks 

to my parents who support me in everything!

Svetlana was born in Maykop (Russia). She grew up in 

Sevastopol (father was a military pilot). In the Palace of 

Culture, she graduated from the school of modern and 

classical dances, the school of models and the history of 

costume. 

In Italy, she worked for many years as a model at hautecouture 

fashion shows in Rome, in the L’Oréal showroom, 

Biguine Paris, in the exhibition halls of Milano, Bologna, on 

Motorshow Formula 1, Renault, Cosmoprof ... 

Svetlana took part in many advertising campaigns on TV 

shows of Mediaset channels (Chiambretti night, Le iene, 

Scherzi a parte, Striscia La Notizia, Le Veline, Chi vuole 

essere miliardario. 

Despite the active work in the modeling business, Svetlana’s 

soul left a passion only for dancing. She danced in a group 

of 10 years, and for this reason she was too muscular for 

modeling. 

She currently works as an assistant manager at La 

Rinascente commercial center and sometimes takes part 

in fashion shows at Promenade Della Moda in Milan.
