SAY HELLO to Business. Be a bright spark Good business needs good ideas. Come along to our taster session and find out more about the world of business and how to come up with brilliant business ideas. Working as part of a team you’ll enjoy a fast-paced business challenge; generating ideas, developing a concept, problem solving and showcasing your ideas. SAY HELLO to Catering and Hospitality. On your marks, get set, bake! Join owner of Aidan’s Kitchen and former Gateshead College student Aidan Jackson for a taster in cake decorating. Develop your piping skills, turn plain sponges into decorative masterpieces and create your own showstoppers. Thursday 27 February, 4.30pm - 6.30pm Baltic Campus You’ll also get to meet our teaching team of teachers and find out more about the world of catering and hospitality, as well as the exciting variety of employment opportunities in the industry. Come dine with us Whether you’re an aspiring chef looking to develop your cooking skills, or fancy yourself as a front of house manager in the hospitality sector, our catering taster sessions are a great opportunity to meet the teachers and support staff and gain insight into the world of catering and hospitality. You’ll enjoy a delicious meal on us at our on-site restaurant – Enfields Kitchen, and will also meet with industry experts, with past guests including Marriott Hotels.
