Theother class is ‘Yoga Shred’ inspired,aimed at shredding body fat, raisingcardio capacity, strengthening coresand building muscles. This is lowimpact and suitable for all, as it uses 4minute HIIT (high-intensity intervaltraining) techniques, allowing for restin between movement. It’s a quickerclass that brings results expected of amuch longer workout.My other passion, providing KineticChain Release (KCR) therapy, whichcan change the lives of people withME, Fibromyalgia, depression andmany other diseases. 90% of us haveone leg longer than the other. Thiscauses misalignment leading to allsorts of pain and disease. KCR therapyaims to fix the leg length. It is a simple,gentle treatment, with the client beingfully dressed and takes around anhour. I also offer relaxing Indian HeadMassage for those who just love to bepampered, or hope to stimulate hairgrowth.This summer, my focus will be on allof these body balancing techniques, asmy academic work ends.
