The Potentate’s MessageEs Selamu AleikumGreetings lllustrious Sirs and NoblesNobles, As we Ladies approach and the Friends:of the year and the end of my term as your Potentate, Iwould like to say thank you to all the clubs and units for the warm hospitality shownto Susie and me. Rajah Shrine is truly blessed to have these active groups. We stillhave work to do to make these groups stronger. The Hillbillies are not recognized byImperial Shrine but were instrumental in recruiting the most new Shriners. Thank youand keep up the good work.November and December provide all of us with plenty of opportunities to breakbread together. I hope you make an effort to visit another club or unit during theholiday season. Remember the reason for the season and say thank you to your God.While saying thank you also include the doctors, nurses, and Shriners’ children in yourprayers.We have worked hard this year with the many different events and fund raisers forour Shrine and the hospital. Each and every person involved (member/nonmember)needs to remember that it takes teamwork to make a thing work. Thank you, team. Wehave much to be proud of.December 14th is the full ceremonial and we have the Holiday Raffle that day. Men, if you have notwitnessed a full ceremonial, I invite you to join us for the ceremonial in full dress.We have one raffle that will carry over into next year’ Mass Installation. We received a Grandfather’sMasonic clock and tickets are available for $5.00 each.
