first time guests that they soon become regulars. Proper Ice<br />
Cream can also be found on the menu of many popular area<br />
restaurants in Delray Beach, Palm Beach and Broward County.<br />
Pints of your favorite flavors are displayed at the Joseph’s Classic<br />
Market in Boca Raton, Palm Beach Gardens and soon to be<br />
Delray Beach high-end supermarket.<br />
“The first time someone tries our ice cream, it’s like they are<br />
tasting something new. Even though it’s ice cream, it tastes different<br />
than the ice cream people are used to. We don’t use heavy<br />
cream; we use significantly less sugar and only natural ingredients,”<br />
said Rickey.<br />
“This place is amazing. The flavors are done with an amazing<br />
hand that balances the sweet and the salt perfectly. It can<br />
sit in the freezer and it still serves easily with a spoon. The<br />
sweet corn and blueberry was subtle and sweet while the cinnamon<br />
just hits you hard. Everything I’ve had from this place<br />
is amazing and I can’t wait to try it all. The price is 100% appropriate<br />
for the quality. I will be back and I can’t wait to sit<br />
out in the Florida heat enjoying a literally perfect cone of ice<br />
cream,” stated a happy customer.<br />
