New Year, New Decade … or is it?

Believe it or not, there is a long standing debate about when

an old decade ends and a new one begins. So we at Citrus

Council had to make a decision. Do we want to recognize

2020 as the end of the decade and prepare to go out with

a bang with G.I.R.L. 2020? Or should we kick off the new

decade with the convention and the opening of the Yurt

Village at Mah-Kah-Wee?

Ever diplomatic, we polled members and have come to a

consensus that Girl Scouts of Citrus will be saying goodbye

to 2010s, as a new decade of Girl Scouting is ushered in.
