Somehow, the conversation in Kitzbühel always revolves around
the Streif, a super difficult racing piste. If you love skiing, I’m sure
you’ve heard of it! In winter, skiing stars from far and wide gather
to see who can zip down the 3,312 m into the valley the fastest.
I‘ve often stopped to admire them as they descend 860 meters of
altitude in no time! It‘s really exciting to see who finds the best
line. Fritz ‘The Cat’ Strobl is the fastest so far at 1:51:18. Not bad,
but I think I can beat that

... and I’m truly at home in the mountains of Kitzbühel. I love nothing
more than to frolic in the lush grass-covered mountains and to have
many fun adventures in nature. Whether in summer or in winter,
there‘s always something exciting going on. This is especially true at
the Hahnenkamm, my absolute favourite mountain. From way up
high, the views of Kitzbühel are hard to top!

From the perspective of a small mountain chamois, however, the
Streif racing piste is actually much cooler in summer. I enjoy
romping in the lush meadows, though quite honestly it can
sometimes be a bit exhausting too. Phew! You really have to be
in good shape! Speaking of being in good shape: sometimes I
dream of being a real ski star and experiencing the thrill of the
Alpine Ski World Cup up close and personal!
The Sommererlebnis Streif, featuring all-new activity stations,
allows me to get in shape for the wintertime. In fact, I can’t think
of a better place for a great workout. This exciting journey,
which highlights the world-famous Streif racing piste,
begins directly behind the legendary Starthaus. Anyway,
let’s get going! There’s so much to explore and it’s the ideal
activity for the entire family!
