80:20 rule

It may seem as though the total number of different meal ideas is somewhat

limited, and this is true. But remember, we are not wholly concerned with taste,

but performance. If you are not completely focused on performance, and just

want to get as strong as you can but still eat what you want sometimes, then you

can follow the 80:20 rule. This simply means that as long as you eat well 80% of

the time, you can eat pretty much what you want the other 20%. One bad meal

out of five should not be too detrimental to your progress, and will still allow you

to thoroughly enjoy your life and the food that you eat.
