Henry, 73
Henry is a retired pensioner living in South Shields, with his wife Margaret (68). After
a recent visit from his granddaughter Elisabeth, Henry was introduced to the Echo
Smart Home system, and has been looking at getting a Smart Speaker for himself.
One of the features that really appealed to both him and his granddaughter was the
ability to drop in and call each other – an appealing feature given that his family live
across the country in Lancaster.
