Lights help save lives in Ghana – we can help.
On Thursday 13 th February in the Church Room a large group came to listen
to Norman Palmer giving us a fascinating and heart-warming talk about his trip
to help Adrian Rosser to build toilet blocks in Ghana.
In the remoter areas of the country there are few toilets, only open pits with
wooden planks on which to crouch over the pits. Hygiene is impossible in this
situation and this can result in illness and death. In the last two years, since
the first village toilet project, fewer children have died.
