A new way of life
During the construction phase, the
couple lived in their newly purchased
Florida home. When their
Hampstead Park condo was finished
last May, they settled into the
Mariemont community that’s just
as enjoyable as they’d imagined.
“We love being in an active neighborhood,”
the owner says. “We walk
to dinner quite often.”
Now that both new homes are
in place, the snowbirds plan to
split their time between Ohio and
Florida.
“It was a lot of change all at once,
but it’s been worth it,” the owner
says. 8

weave wallpaper wraps the master
bedroom with serenity, accentuating
the clean style of the four-poster bed.
9 Every light fixture in the home was
chosen carefully to add just the right
bit of jewelry to the space. 10 The
walls of the master bath’s shower are
covered in the same porcelain tile as
the room’s floor. 11 Textures, colors
and patterns are on the calmer end of
the spectrum in the master bedroom.
