Company surrounds the Burley Plantation
which measures over 300 acres and originated
in the 1600s. The purpose of this brewery is
to produce distinctive beers that stand apart from others.
The brewery and its history has become a major attraction
in the local area. Tours of it are available and showcase the
process in which these products are manufactured.
Monocacy National Battlefield

The Monocacy National Battlefield was established in 1864.
This location is where, Generals Early and Wallace battled,
during the civil war. It was discovered that Early and his
unit had intentions of taking control of Washington. As
history reads there were 15,000 troops within this battle. The
attraction features artifacts and documentation regarding
this portion of the Civil War.
Pirate Adventures on the Chesapeake

If your children love pirates this is the ideal attraction for
you. Before the cruise each child is given the choice of face
painting between a pirate’s mustache and a beautiful mermaid
and is then given a pirate costume. During the cruise
they are taught the rules of the sea as the crew searches for
treasure as they fight of a stinky pirate.
