II World War Places - One of the most interesting place you can visit
in Masuria is main Hitler lodging called Wolf's Lair,where he spent
800 days. He built here a secret city with 50 bunkers and power
station, 2000 people lived here but only 20 women, even his beloved
Ewa Brown wasn’t allowed to be there.
Saint Lipka – called Masuria perel or place of miracles. In legends
a prisoner was waiting for execution when the Mother of God
appeared to him and asked him to carve her form in one day. He did
it and when guards saw it they thought that it was a sign of god and
released him. The prisoner left the sculpture on a beautiful linden.
Now there is a church here. The church delights of wealth and
moving figures of angels and saints.
