In Monday I was really excited. Because I was taking a place in an International project first
time. Our partners began to came and we meet with them. Then our Italian partners came. First day
was really exciting and tiring. The other day we came and began to study. Then we went to lunch.
Our guests tasted traditional Turkish food in there. After that we went to Egirdir. We visited Hizirbey
mosque, castle of Egirdir. And we looked Ayastafanos church. Qwe walked around lake. We took a
lot of photos in Egirdir. Most of our guests liked Egirdir. In the evening, we went to have dinner to a
high school's restaurant. In Wednesday, we went to Antalya. First of all we went to Perge
where is an ancient city. That was one of the great places which I visited before. Perge was like a
carnival. It smelled history. In Perge, we took a lot of photos, too. After that we went to lunch to
Aksu. Then we went to Antalya museum. There were a lot of beautiful sculptures, tombs, jewellery
and coins from different ancient societies. To be with my host in there together was so good. I
enjoyed much with her and the other guys. Then we went to Kaleici and walked around the sea
and in the old streets. There were a lot of Turkish traditional clothes, towels and jewellery. Also my
friends tried Turkish ice cream. Maybe they could be love Antalya more than Isparta. Because it is
bigger and have a lot of place to visit.
This week was important for me. Because this was a big chance for me to meet people from
different cultures and countries. I think Erasmus programme is so important for this cause.
I arrived in Isparta after two hard days, I only wanted to sleep and rest. Now I'm happy I haven't did
it. I'd never meet the beautiful people I stayed with that evening. Everyone has transmitted me the
happiness of meeting diversity and the desire to understand differences.
I've seen a side of Turkey I'd never imagine, I've enjoyed the breathtaking calm of these places.
Eğirdir was perfect, with its mountains and the lake, almost ethereal, so pure. Antalya was really
good too, but I've felt like home, the city was too similar to the Italian ones, and I didn't want to feel
home, I wanted only to breath a different air, a different life.
I've loved everything about this Erasmus, especially people: the family I've been with was an example
of kindness and love for the others, I really appreciated the way they treated me. And I have (I MUST)
say something about Duru: lovely, so sweet and friendly, always trying to make me feel good, even I
had just arrived and I couldn't say a word, even when we had got home and I saw I had to take my
shoes off. Her way to be herself permitted me to feel free to talk and to express myself. She has
made me meet a lot of people, like Delfin and Yağmur. They transmitted me the happiness I needed.
I'll never thank them enough. Martina, Pinelopi, Volkan, Furkan, Martin, Şule: I'll never forget them.
It was a great experience, I wish I shouldn't go.
very close friends in no time.We went to Eğirdir and Antalya together. She was not my only friend,we
became friends with the other students from the other countries. It was a week full of adventure and
excitement.
in eğirdir for the first time we had the opportunity to roam there and finally we went to the most
beautiful place Antalya.I think Antalya was the best.We had a lot of fun in the bus and
The week with my italian friend was good.My impression is the Italians are a bit cold people. But after we
meet, they can be friendly and warm. We had lots of good time.We tripped to my best places in
mediterranean region.we had so fun.because we met with different cultures but we didn't feel stranger. It
was like we acquainted before that.sometimes we didn't match. But usually the week lasted good.At first
day I was feeling weird.Bur after that,I didn't want to say goodbye.I liked my foreign friends because.
hopefully we'll meet again with my friends.
A Week With My İtalian Friend
stresfull . We went to Eğirdir on Tuesday and next day we went to Antalya. I taught a little Turkish
Kardelen Emine Ertuğrul

From the first day we arrived in Isparta I love this Place. It's a very beautiful city, there are
beautiful lakes of peaceful waters and many impressive caves around the province, thus making it
one of the prettiest cities in the Mediterranean region. All thought my Trip was Tiring, itʼs
worthwhile. At the end of the Erasmus I will only have memories, but also my heart filled with
feelings established with your new peers during the time abroad.
Let's agree with this: meeting local people is one of the best things that can happen to you. Being
abroad as a tourist is completely different from being abroad as an exchange student, and once
you get immersed in the local lifestyle, everything immediately becomes easier. You start making
closer friends, more intimate relationships, better food, and wonderful memories. Im so honored and
happy that erasmus gave me this change to Travel to turkey and meet These amazing people that i
will never forget!
A WEEK IN TURKEY
This week I’ve been to Turkey and it has been the best week ever. This period that I spent here was
so important to me because it helped me to improve my english and to know a new culture, different
from my own. I met new people and this is very important too. I was so happy, I can’t describe my
feelings with words. I felt really comfortable with my Turkısh friends and also with the teachers and
my host family. This trip was really good and I almost felt like I was at home. People here in Turkey
are so nice and they were so kind wıth me and my Italian classmates. I’m so grateful because I had
the opportunıty to know this incredible country and its beautiful culture.
Nursel : Week of the project
My week was good. I have so many friends from other countries. All of them are beautiful people.
My host was Gabija. She is from Lithuania. And she was a friendly and beautiful girl. I think she
loves Turkey and Turkish dishes.
We travelled many places. Like Eğirdir, Antalya... The weather was very good. So, yes I'm tired but
I'm happy because we have so many memories.
I want to travel the world. I love to learn about another cultures. So I need English right now,
future and forever.
pinelopi66 This week in Isparta was one of the best of my life. I spent time with amazing people
i will never forget. We became friends immediately and we love each other. I learned about new
cultures, i learned things that will be really useful in my future. I had good and bad moments at the
same time but this is what makes a trip special. I realized that there are some really good people in
the world like Yağmur, who was my hostie, Delfin, who is her best friend and stand by my side all
these days, Şulle, who is one of the funniest and kindest people in the ehole world and Ciara, who is
so different and made me understand that all people are so different and all the same at the same
time. I will never forget this awesome week.

Hi. I was very happy when my teacher told me that a girl from Greek would come and stay together for a
week. I knew new people,I knew different cultures, I felt very lucky myself. With this program we have
proven that it isn't the religion, language, race and gender to deal with people. Not only the students but
also the teachers were very warm and good intensions.
It was the most beautiful week of my life. I thought this was how much a person could connect in a week, but
I understood that I cried when my friends went to answer it. Our cultures and beliefs are different, it isn't a
barrier to communication. I have never felt so happy and amused in my life. Everybody tried to talk to me
and get to know me. It made me very happy and I did so.
I met very excellent people and really different people. I will never forget this week and those excellent
people. I felt myself free and young. I felt I breathed. It was like a dream. I am grateful to anyone who has
given me the chance to participate in this program. Thank you all and especially my best teacher Fatih
Ermez.
