Welcome to Connect Teaching School AllianceOur alliance of local, like-mindedschools is at the heart of our existence.We believe that all children in ourschools have the right to inspirational,aspirational learning ignited by highquality teaching and leadership withintheir schools. Our strength is that we understandeach other’s intent, we appreciate each other’s issues and canshare potential barriers and discuss how we can support eachother in navigating them effectively.Connect TSA works within the Lincolnshire Teaching SchoolsTogether network of all 8 TSAs in the county. We have accessto the regional and national programmes and ensure that ourschools are signposted and able to participate in all that will helpmeet school priorities and further their children’s outcomes.As budgets are tightened and expectations on our teachers,leaders and children are raised, we see the collaboration as acore tool of our innovation. The alliance wishes to drive newideas and ways of working to ensure we aspire for the highestambitions for children, teachers and leaders. One such way isto support alliance schools to collaborate through reaching outto each other and sharing expertise on areas of interest andconcern. Another is to take training out to clusters of schoolswhere there is demand.We look forward to the new year ahead and working together tomake the best of the opportunities that it will present to us all.2

Additionally, we will develop models whichare blended, flexible and bespoke to schools and localities. Asconditions allow we will continue to provide face to face sessionsbut there will be a variety of venues used.We have further strengthened our partnership with Charter TSA tomeet what we see as our moral purpose in supporting teachersnew to the profession, both NQTs and RQTsOur response to schools• High quality, targeted project to support curriculum leadershipand development• Remodelled LAMP 2021 to focus on the transitions withinPrimary schools - Project 1: Reception to Year 1 andProject 2: Year 2 to Year 3• Additional SLEs recruited around Attendance, SEND and EYFS3
