a quest for justice in Almudena Carracedo and Robert
Bahar’s award-winning documentary. The filmmakers
follow the group over the course of six years as they come
together and bravely confront the remaining perpetrators
of Franco’s regime with an unprecedented international
lawsuit. Executive-produced by Pedro Almodovar, THE
SILENCE OF OTHERS is a powerful and provoking tribute
to the courageous individuals determined to hold those
responsible accountable, and a reminder that those who
cannot remember the past are doomed to repeat it.

lost adventures on the road, Samantha Buck and Marie
Schlingmann’s SISTER AIMEE is a delightful road comedy
set in a bygone era.

transform himself. But it is never easy to leave the life
behind, and when things turn violent, Bryon must make

in order to bring them comfort and a better life. But when
Peter meets Ellen (Rashida Jones), a depressed transplant
from the midwest struggling to find contentment in
her new apartment, his life takes an unexpected turn,
challenging his ambitions. THE SOUND OF SILENCE is a
lovely, wry film about the sounds that shape us.
