Everything These are all questions being asked by Brett Muir, who is spearheading the dynamic “Point of Change Forum” in Christchurch. It’s a one day re-set, it’s hope, it’s connection, it’s new perspective. And it’s affordable, for both the employed , those between jobs - and the Covid impacted. Brett is bringing ten presenters from all over the country to share their own true life stories, their individual challenges, and the tools they used to help them move towards a resilient mind set and a new sense of direction. Kylie Tolman, of Canterbury, survived Stage 3 breast cancer and founded charity C.A.R.E.S., which helps survivors move on from cancer. Alistair Boyd, of Auckland, shares his experience of both the highs and lows of business, and offers a perceptive understanding of transferable skills. David Humphries, of Canterbury, will speak about the trauma of facing and overcoming major medical challenges, including organ transplant. Award winning singer/songwriter Julia Grace, of Auckland, talks about her journey through anxiety and burn-out to mental well-being. And Mykle Booth, of Auckland, will be interviewed about his rebound after the traumatic loss of his business, following New Zealand’s earthquakes. “I want to empower people,” Brett says. He himself, presently with Groutpro, is creating his own new future with his commitment to studying Life Coaching with Worklife Solutions. “It’s also a great opportunity for people or businesses to sponsor someone they know to attend. It’s one day that could make a world of difference. “I feel like this is the right thing at the right time, and my intention is that participants will leave the forum re-energised , with a new clarity of direction.” One Small Step Can Change....
