I also recently visited one of the world’s five Blue

Zones (hotspots with the most centenarians) -

Nicoya Peninsula in Costa Rica - where I experienced

‘Bliss mode’ first hand. It sparked me further on my

quest to curate and help develop democratised

solutions that can bring a Blue Zone to everyone’s

fingertips. This is closely related to a ‘White Mirror’

concept I am working on to elevate humanity (a

multimedia/transmedia narrative about a utopian
