INNNO SANGIOVESE TOSCANA IGP
Tuscany’s first Vino Libero, 100% Sangiovese is made
without the use of chemical fertilisers and weed killers and
with a very low content in sulphites.
80% Sangiovese: Vinified in steel and matured for 24
months in concrete tanks.
20% Sangiovese: Vinified in steel and matured for 12
months in new barriques and 12 months in concrete tanks.
Colour: Deep ruby red.
Perfume: Fresh and flowery with scents of violets and red
fruit, particularly sour cherries.
Flavour: Good acidity, persistent and harmonious tannin.

The best grapes are selected after a careful and
meticulous work in the vineyard. It is hard to find
another vine able to express the characteristics of the
soil and to modify its own scents depending on the
ground where it was born.
Grape varieties: 95% Sangiovese, 5% Merlot
Colour: Intense and deep ruby.
Perfume: Floral notes of violets and red fruits, delicate
spicy notes.
Flavour: Balanced, dry, velvety, rich in tannins.

Enjoyable right to the last “joyful” and very aromatic drop,
its label features the eclipse of the sun and moon, referring
to the fact that it can be drunk by day or night. With its
prevalence of Sangiovese and a refined blend
of Syrah and Merlot, in the nose Baccano evokes the
perfume of the cherry trees that grow around the
Charterhouse. It has a broad, concentrated body, with firm,
almost crisp tannins which harmonise with a well-balanced
alcoholic component. The palate is caressed by a lingering
finish in crescendo.

A very full wine with an imposing structure,
characterised by an excellent balance in the mouth, it
invades the palate with rare elegance. In the nose,
vanilla is followed by leather, giving way to fruits of the
forest, like blackcurrants and blackberries.
Grape varieties: 60% Sangiovese, 40% Cabernet
Colour: Bright ruby red.
Perfume: Intense, with red berries completed by scents
of wood, smooth and pleasant with good body.
Flavour: It has a sweet and tasty finish.

ROSSO DI CLAUSURA ROSSO TOSCANO IGP
If the spicy component and the aromas of ripe fruit and
plum jam characterise the nose, undoubtedly its greatest
quality is the way it slips like velvet across the palate, where

appetisingly savoury finish.
