We are against the current industry guidance with quantity
over quality, where the art of making tequila and beer has
been replaced by chemistry. Our origin is organic, harmonious
and alive, our virtue patience, the patience to wait for what
time transforms and improves. In every blend we pay tribute
to those 5 magical senses where the interpretation goes
back to the origin, to the infinit.
Inspired by oenology, each of our batches originate from a
specific and unique terroir. That is, we only use agaves from
a delimited area, taking to use its unique characteristics of
altitude, soil type, inclination, humidity and climate
The expression of our tequilas starts from the type of soil,
climate, altitude, inclination of the field, etc. Thus providing
specific and unrepeatable aromatic notes in each batch.
40% Alcohol 60% Destilled water
SANTANERA´S OVERWHELMING DIFFERENCES
TERROIR - Inspired by oenology, our lots originate from a "terroir " that means the only used of agaves of a welldefined
and consistent geographical area with all the variables of height, soil type, etc., this gives an extraordinary
organoleptic contribution. Why unveil another secret? We know that large factories can never afford this because
of the volume they must attend.
BARRELS - Thanks to the approach that our Master Blender has with leading cooperage in the world Casa
Santanera has access to unique barrels, an example of them are Colbert French oak barrels from the forest of
Troncais with an average of 360 and 400 years old.
MOLECULAR MODIFICATION - Based on Dr. Masaru Emoto’s formal studies it is scientifically proven how music
benefits to a molecular level all living beings, from the fermentation process ending in breeding ( Barrel Area )
we submit to Beethoven’s classical music 24/7.
ALWAYS LIMITED BATCHES - Given our unique quality standards in the industry it is impossible to produce
massive batches, to ensure our customers we make a serialization of our lots from start to finish 0001/6000.
ORGANIC / KOSHER - Quality certified by external entities to Casa Santanera, giving certainty and legitimizing
our processes where the non-use of avocantes, flavorings, sweeteners, glycerin, etc. is guaranteed.
PRESENTATION - Our packaging, labels and final presentation is of the best possible quality to create a positive
brand experience. We take care of every detail of our product to stay forever in the minds of our customers
COMMUNICATION - We are a small company that does not look for exponential growth based on generating
quantity, but rather we seek quality above all. The communication with us and our company will always be first
hand and immediately to attend any situation
