In total, twenty properties sold in Stinson Beach in 2019. Thirteen of those properties were
represented by The Sherfey Group, making us #1 in sales volume and units sold for the year.

It was another record-setting year for real estate in Stinson Beach. The average sales price was
$2,500,000, an increase of 5.4% over 2018. The average price per square foot also increased,
by 16% to $1,712/sq ft.
ET IN NATURE
Interestingly, the number of days properties were on the market was also up; with an average of
84 days for a property to sell, a 30% increase over 2018. While this could be a sign of a cooling
market, all other indicators are that property values remain strong and buyers are hungry.
Of the twenty properties sold, six were on the Seadrift Lagoon, with prices ranging from
$4,000,000 to $2,297,500. While the average sales price on the Lagoon was down from 2018,
the price per square foot was up 6.7%.
2019 also saw an influx of oceanfront sales with four; three of which were on the Patios/Calles.
The average sales price of those three was $4,133,333. There was also one oceanfront sale in
Seadrift at $6,100,000.
There were just three property sales in the Hill/Panoramic neighborhoods, compared to seven in
2018. While inventory was low in these neighborhoods, we saw an increase in the interest from
buyers looking in Stinson.
