WesTrac branches out to Marsden Park<br />
Caterpillar dealer WesTrac has bolstered its<br />
presence in Sydney’s booming north-west<br />
with the opening of a new branch in Marsden<br />
Park recently.<br />
As one of Sydney’s key growth corridors, the<br />
greater north-western metropolitan area has<br />
more than 1,000 Cat machines in operation.<br />
WesTrac Marsden Park will provide additional<br />
coverage and support for customers.<br />
WesTrac manager of Sydney and regional NSW<br />
Mark Franks says the primary purpose of the new<br />
branch is to provide existing customers with easy<br />
access to genuine Cat parts and construction<br />
machine support, but growth opportunities are<br />
also abundant.<br />
“The Marsden Park branch is well situated in<br />
an area that allows us to provide a greater level<br />
of service and support to our customers in the<br />
region,” Franks says.<br />
“With the amount of new construction activity<br />
and a strong pipeline of additional projects,<br />
having a dedicated customer hub in the northwest<br />
of Sydney means we can provide more<br />
timely assistance to customers, helping them to<br />
be more efficient and productive.<br />
“We’re delighted to see the new premises<br />
become operational and we look forward to<br />
welcoming both existing and new customers to<br />
the branch.”<br />
The branch will provide 24-hour parts click-andcollect<br />
options for customers, as well as in-store<br />
sales and support. “The centre also serves as a<br />
drop-off point for compact construction machine<br />
servicing, which will help save customers time<br />
and money in operating their equipment,” says<br />
Franks.<br />
