CLEANINGWALTER HELICHECKS’ AUTOMATIC CLEANING ANDLASER MARKING SPEEDS UP TOOL MANUFACTURINGTool inspection and manufacture has beenmade more efficient by the use of newcleaning and laser marking facilities onWalter’s Helicheck Plus and Helicheck Promeasuring machines’ robot loader system.The developments mean that users can savevaluable time by concurrently cleaning andmarking tools outside of the measuring area,while the robot loader automaticallyloads/unloads the measuring machine.A clean tool is essential for a validmeasurement, says United GrindingGroup member Walter Ewag UK, whichmarkets the Helicheck range (as well asthe Helitronic series of toolgrinders/eroders) in the UK.
