DURING THE
PANDEMIC
BULLETIN OF JP AUTOCESTE FBIH
In coordination with the supervisory services and
contractors, JP Autoceste FBiH agreed on the
implementation of a number of practical measures
to protect against the occurrence and
spread of coronavirus.

The Crisis Headquarter of JP
Autoceste FBiH was established
Appreciating the seriousness of the current epidemiological
situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina caused
by the appearance of coronavirus, JP Autoceste FBiH
as a responsible company formed the Crisis Headquarter
with the aim of preventive action and care
for safety and health of workers and users of the
highway.
JP Autoceste FBiH has taken all possible measures
to ensure that all business processes proceed according
to plan in the crisis situation.

all necessary activities on
the construction sites of
Corridor 5C
JP Autoceste FBiH is the implementer of one of the
most important infrastructure projects for Bosnia
and Herzegovina. Numerous contractors from Bosnia
and Herzegovina, as well as from other countries
in Europe and the world, are engaged on the
construction sites on Corridor 5c. Given the specific
situation of the organization of the construction site,
and with the aim of protecting the health and lives
of our workers and their families, but also the entire
society in which we are, JP Autoceste FBiH has taken
all necessary activities in a timely manner.
As of February 5, 2020, the company is in constant
contact with the Institute of Public Health in order
to inform and obtain instructions and recommendations
for the implementation of me asu res to protect
against the spread of the coronavirus epidemic and
these measures are being implemented. JP Autoceste
FBiH has also formed a Crisis Headquarter so that all
activities related to planning and taking measures
against the spread of coronavirus can be centralized
and coordinated.
Each activity of JP Autoceste FBiH is adjusted to the
current situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina, primarily
respecting the recommendations and orders of
the Government of FBiH, the Federal Civil Protection
Headquarter and the Crisis Headquarter of FMH.
The situation on construction sites where the works
are carried out is monitored with the application of
all measures envisaged in order to control coronavirus.
Instructions have been issued on the implementation
of measures and procedures to be carried
out on construction sites, without, at the same time,
jeopardizing the progress of works.
JP Autoceste FBiH, in coordination with the supervisory
services and contractors, agreed on the implementation
of a number of practical measures to
protect against the occurrence and spread of coronavirus,
of which we state the following:
• To provide monitoring of works by supervisory
services and representatives of JP Autoceste FBiH
as a service to contractors, in order to maintain
the work process in such complex circumstances,
while respecting the measures adopted by competent
institutions and the instructions agreed and
issued through supervisory services and internal
measures of the contractor.
• All major indoor meetings were canceled, except
for individual consultations between the main
