FROM THE AHH TEAM AASE HAUGEN HERALD
The Aase Haugen Family
Like all families, it’s members all bring something
a little different to the table, making memories
and cherishing time spent working together for a
common good. Below, Jan Tyler-Blanchard and
Marian Ness plant a tub of pansies in our courtyard.
No wonder they are smiling!
The circle of life at Aase Haugen
Above and right, volunteer Jeff
Babcock (leaning over) began
his relationship at Aase Haugen
Homes playing cards with
some die-hard card players, and
ended up making lasting connections
with true friends. Jeff
brought in cake and held birthday
parties for his card-playing
buddies, Ron Rustad, above
with his wife Kathy, and Lawrence Blong, right.
When asked why he did it, Jeff simply answered,
Jan Berg was more
than happy to welcome
this little boy,
Trystan Goderyk,
to the Aase Haugen
Family! Rachel
Sajche, a Certified
Nurses Aide at
Aase Haugen
Homes, brought in
her newest addition
to the family after
he was born April
18th. Somehow,
new babies have the
ability to bring out
the best smiles!
“Because, they are part of my family.”
Whether family by blood, or family by choice, we
are proud to have so many caring individuals in the
