PROGRAMMATIC ANALYSIS
Distribution
Warehouse
The interest started with the typical
distribution warehouse. The warehouse was
site-less and didn’t show it’s interaction for
the surrounding site. The fundamentals to
run a warehouse includes the circulation
spaces, storage, office, toilets and etc.
Warehouses tend to have an industrial
aesthetic due to the efficient built of
steel frames and cladding. The structural
advantage is the possibility to span
over a large open floor space without
compromising on function. Pre fabrication
has its benefits for the type of structure
which can be easily transported and
assembled on site.
