Female patient, 30 years old.
START
DIAGNOSIS:
"Not satisfied with the color of her teeth, especially with the
color of the resin veneers present in the central incisors".
CLINICAL EVALUATION:
Presence of endodontic treatment on central incisors and
presence of old direct veneers, made of composite resin to mask
the darkening of central incisors. Through the DSD Concept
(Digital Smile Design), the indication of ultra thin laminates on
the right and left lateral incisors (due to the more retroclined
position of these teeth), a ceramic fragment in the mesial edges
of canines (initially presenting an inadequate inclination, making
the appearance of canines most aggressive due to their tapered
cusp). Furthermore, it was suggested to correct the gingival
margins of the 6 anterior teeth, seeking a balance between them
bilaterally.
