Empathy in Action

Spend some time watching a show or movie. At any given time,

pause & discuss how the characters are feeling. You might

ask:“How are they feeling?” and “How would you feel if that

happened to you?” Use this to build on considering how

others feel, discussing social cues, & caring about emotions

stargaze

Get to Know the Night Sky. There is plenty to see

that doesn't require the use of a telescope, so

people that are new to stargazing don't need to

buy one to enjoy what that the night sky has to

offer. The simplest way is to use one of the many

astronomy apps on your smartphone or tablet.
